So I see Ikat popping up all over. Today I was at Hancock fabrics and found some for 4 dollars a yard. Why didn't I buy it? Maybe because it is not totally me as of yet, but I think it will grow on me. It definitely is a hot trend for 2011. I tend to like the very black and white version of it, but it definitely is a great way to add a pop of color in a room.

Yes, I've been noticing the Ikat trend too, but not really into it either...something about it makes me think of a bad photocopy...who knows, maybe it will grow on me :o).
ReplyDeleteMaybe it will grow on the both of us.
