I'll be the first to admit I'm loving the teal trend. I've been getting a lot of questions on the paint color I used on my teal dresser for Furniture Friday.

Well I've got you covered. Drum Roll Please. It's Sherwin Williams Really Teal SW 6489. I like to test out colors before I do a million projects with them so I bought a quart tester for $6.00 and have been able to do 3 furniture projects with it. It's a keeper.
For those of you who are Behr fans @Home Depot I've come up with an alternative color for you. Its Caribbean Green 500D-7.
and here are some other great Teal Projects that I'm in love with

Teal is IN???? Don't tell, I mean don't teal me that, I'm ready to paint the teal crown molding and get rid of the paisley teal fabric in my living room and turn it into a bright white office. So the cycle is every 20 years then, because that's how long that teal has been there.

Bliss. I have the same situation. Our landlady will not let us take down her "grandma wallpaper" from the 80's and yet adding the teal to my decor makes me not hate it as much. The funny thing is that is was a total accident. Still wish it was a much bolder larger print which seems to be the thing now days.
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of teal! It's all through my house. Thanks for the heads up on the post!
